Day 1Arrival At Phuntsholing

Meet & Greet upon arrival at Phuntsholing (298Mts /977Fts), a small town at the Indo-Bhutan border. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 2Phuntsholing – Thimphu

After breakfast drive to Thimphu (178 KMS / 06HRS, 2134Mts /7000Fts), the capital of Bhutan, lies at an elevation of 2300m. Visitors can enjoy the relaxing walk in the valley at evening. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 3Thimphu sightseeing

After breakfast goes for half day Thimphu sightseeing – Motithang Takin Preserve. Takin holds a significant place in religious connotation in Bhutan. A mythological tale dating back to 15th century relates how a Tibetan saint with the epithet ‘The Divine Madman’ created this species with the head of a goat and the body of a cow found only on the hills of Bhutan. Also, visit the new Drupthob nunnery temple and Kuensel Phodrang (Buddha Point). Overnight at Hotel.

Day 4Thimphu – Wangdi

Afternoon drives to Black-Necked Crane Information Centre. Arrive at Royal So­ciety for Protection of Nature’s (RSPN) Black-Necked Crane Information Centre. Here you learn about the cranes and the valley environment. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 5 Departure

After breakfast, you check out of the hotel and get assisted transfer to the airport to catch the flight for your onward journey.
